1. General Policy
All services rendered by Shreya Gupta Kedia are creative, time-bound, and personalized. Due to the nature of our work, we do not offer refunds once a service has been fully delivered. However, under certain circumstances, partial refunds or credits may be issued based on the conditions outlined below.
2. Deposit and Booking Fees
A non-refundable deposit (usually 75% of the total fee) is required to confirm your booking. This secures your date and initiates the styling process.
This deposit covers initial planning, research, consultations, and date reservation and will not be refunded under any circumstances unless the cancellation is initiated by us (see Section 5).
3. Cancellations by Client
If you choose to cancel your booking, the following conditions apply:

Any expenses already incurred (e.g., travel, fittings, purchases, consultations) will be deducted from the refundable amount.
4. Rescheduling
Rescheduling is allowed once, provided at least 10 days' notice is given and the new date is available.
If the new date is unavailable or rescheduling happens multiple times, your booking may be treated as a cancellation, subject to the above cancellation policy.
5. Cancellations by Us
In the rare case that Shreya Gupta Kedia is unable to fulfill your booking (due to illness, emergency, or force majeure), you will receive:
A full refund, including your deposit
Or, at your option, a reschedule or referral to an alternate stylist (if possible)
6. Digital Products & Consultations (if applicable)
All digital products (e.g., style guides, lookbooks) or online consultations are non-refundable once delivered or completed.
If you experience any technical issues or are unsatisfied with the consultation, please contact us at [insert email] within 3 days for possible resolution.
7. Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed and credited within 7–10 business days.
Refunds will be made to the original mode of payment, unless otherwise agreed.
You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is initiated.
